If you don’t love your order, you can return or exchange it within 7 days.
Can I return my product for any reason?

What are the conditions for return?

- No scratches, marks, or damage
- Original packaging must be intact
Can I exchange for a different design?
Yes! You can switch to another design you like.
Are personalized products returnable?
No - personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Who pays for return shipping?
- If the product is damaged or incorrect → we cover it
- Otherwise → return shipping is handled by the customer

What if I select the wrong phone model?

Both. You get strong protection + standout design.
What if the color looks slightly different?
Slight variations can happen due to screen settings. Totally normal.
